Alithea Bio is attending World Vaccine Congress Europe at the RAI Convention Centre in Amsterdam on 20–21 October 2026. If you’re working on vaccine target discovery, we’d love to meet you and talk about what immunopeptidomics can add to your program.

Vaccine development, from infectious disease to cancer vaccines, depends on choosing the right targets. Many of those targets are peptides that must be presented on HLA molecules to be seen by the immune system. Computational prediction can suggest which peptides might be presented, but mass-spectrometry-based immunopeptidomics shows which ones actually are.
That evidence is what we bring to the congress: a way to move from predicted targets to observed ones, and to check early where else in the body a candidate is presented.
We’ll be at Booth 553 at the RAI Convention Centre during exhibition hours on both days. You can also book a time in advance using the button above.
Immunopeptidomics is the mass-spectrometry-based analysis of the peptides presented on HLA molecules at the cell surface. These peptides are what the immune system actually sees, which makes them directly relevant for vaccine and immunotherapy target selection.
Teams working on cancer vaccines, neoantigen-based approaches, or any program where knowing which peptides are truly presented on HLA would sharpen target selection.
Can’t make it to Amsterdam? We’re happy to connect afterwards.
